Kristi Thomas

Operations Manager

Kristi is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business. She spent the first three years of her career working at the appraisal district as a part-time clerk, where her responsibilities included computer data entry, filing, ensuring board hearings ran smoothly and helping property owners better understand the processes. As a licensed property tax consultant, Kristi has been with United Paramount Tax Group since 2004. In addition to keeping everyone on the same page, her responsibilities include business personal property consulting, database management, computer data entry, and coordinating the rendition filing processes. Kristi also oversees the filing of thousands of property value protests for our clients. She then monitors the hearing appointment schedule for the consultants.

Kristi enjoys spending time with her son, being the dugout mom at his Arlington S W Little League baseball games, building Legos together, going to events like Monster Jam and places like Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Hawaiian Falls, and Crayola Experience. She likes attending various festivals and activities in DFW and having weekend getaways with friends and family. She loves anything Disney, Pixar, or Marvel related including movies, tv shows, and even went on a Disney cruise (and plans to do another cruise one day). Kristi will occasionally volunteer at her son’s school where she helps with the class parties and the Griffin Buck Truck where the students get to pick prizes for their good deeds. She is involved at her church and volunteers with the Children’s Ministry on Sundays by running the computer tech area. Kristi will also occasionally lead her single adult Community Group class discussion and lesson on Sunday mornings. She strives to make sure her work life, home life, and mom life reflect that of a godly woman who seeks after God daily, in the highs and the lows.
